TO GET TO US BY ROAD:
From the South:
Turn off M6 onto A75 to Dumfries. Continue on A75 around north of Dumfries and turn off towards Cargenbridge. At second roundabout turn right on A711 heading for Dalbeattie. Pass through Beeswing and at the end of the village immediately past the Church turn left onto the New Abbey Road and you come to our main entrance at our beautiful new farm shop.
From the North:
A701 towards Dumfries. turn right at a roundabout on the edge of the town onto the A75 in the direction of Stranraer. This road curves around the north of Dumfries and soon comes to a turn off towards Cargenbridge. At second roundabout turn right on to the A711 heading for Dalbeattie. Pass through Beeswing and at the end of the village, immediately past the Church, turn left onto the New Abbey Road and you come to our entrance.
For the Creamery & Farm Shop go 300 meters further along the New Abbey Road and turn right at the corner .
TO GET TO US BY RAIL
From the North: Trains leave from Glasgow, Central station to Dumfries direct. You do not have to go via Carlisle.
Alternatively there are good train connections to Lockerbie from Edinburgh and Glasgow with a bus connection to Dumfries
From the South: West coast line to Carlisle and change for connection to Dumfries. Tickets can be cheaper if you buy one to Carlisle and purchase a separate ticket from Carlisle to Dumfries. Tickets can be bought on the Dumfries train.
If leaving from London, trains leave from Euston station.
TO GET TO US BY BUS
Busses travel from all major cities to Dumfries. There are regular busses to Beeswing from Dumfries.
TO GET TO US BY AIR
The airport closest to us is Prestwick (sometimes called Glasgow (Prestwick). From here you can get a bus or train to Kilmarnock and then on to Dumfries
Glasgow International Airport is a bit further but as convenient. There are trains and busses from the airport to the centre of Glasgow where you can catch a train or a bus to Dumfries.
There are flights to Edinburgh with onward travel by train to Lockerbie or by bus to Dumfries.
You may also find it possible to fly to Newcastle which has reasonable train connections with Dumfries via Carlisle.
